Design Studio Consultant

About the role

Toll Brothers, America's Leading Builder of Luxury Homes, seeks a Design Studio Consultant to assist new homebuyers with color and options selections, as well as the sale of upgrades, at the Toll Brothers Design Studio in Greenville, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Aid new homebuyers with color selections and options for interior finishes such as flooring, hardwood, marble, ceramic, etc.
• Follow up on customer issues related to the design studio experience.
• Work closely with sales team to enhance the homebuying process.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• One to three years of experience in sales or design coordinating experience with a homebuilder.
• A degree in Interior Design is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of home design and construction processes.
• Experience with homebuyer engagement and consultation.
• Ability to present design options effectively.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

This position is on-site 5 days per week.
