In 2022, KREWE opened its NYC headquarters in the heart of the Meatpacking District, bringing New Orleans' culture, creativity, and energy to one of the world's most iconic design capitals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the organization of the KREWE Studio in New Orleans and its creative counterpart in NYC, including boards, kits, materials, and inspiration, both physical and digital.
  • In collaboration with the Senior Product Designer, confirm delivery of revised technical drawings (CADs), ensuring specifications are met with accuracy and on time.
  • Advanced preparation of relevant samples and materials for fit presentations and Design meetings.
  • Comfortable with trying on frames and documenting fit through modeling of the product during the design and decision process.
  • Input and maintain shared Design Structure Sample and Color Sample tracker boards daily in Monday.com.
  • Audit and maintain design libraries in the studio and online (CADs).
  • Receive samples and prototypes from manufacturers, checking SKU accuracy against order documentation; communicate receipt and address any discrepancies with the manufacturer.
  • Support with technical inspection of all eyewear samples and finished goods to ensure all technical and brand specifications are met.
  • Support the build of seasonal tech packs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in product, project management, or operations role.
  • Experience with Adobe suite preferred.
  • Taste and a keen eye are differentiators.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
  • Highly organized and proactive in creating and maintaining processes and systems.
  • Result-driven, detail-oriented individual, able to work independently in a high-performance environment.
  • Focus on delivering individual goals that align with overall company objectives.
