Design Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Design Senior Manager to lead design efforts across multiple channels for our growing team of independent medical spas. This role will own and elevate the design standards for our services, contributing to the strategic development of marketing plans and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end across channels: website, email and SMS, lifecycle marketing, and events.
• Contribute to the innovation and tailoring of integrated marketing plans and channel-level tactics using design principles.
• Build a template system for smaller practices to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Streamline and document the design process to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted workflows to scale output and improve tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience, including time owning design for a brand across multiple channels.
• Elevated taste and a clear point of view on high-end design.
• Experience in luxury, beauty, hospitality, or wellness industries.
• Marketing instincts and comfort with ambiguity.
• Comfort with AI design tools and experience in scaling output through them.

Qualifications

• Portfolio spanning website, email/SMS, and event/experiential design.
• First creative, design, or marketing hire at a company.
• Agency experience across various brand looks and feels.
• Experience in creative operations where you had hands-on design responsibility.

Skills

• Strong understanding of design principles and ability to apply them to various channels.
• Experience in AI design tools and their implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Pay

$106,250 - $143,750 annually.
