Design Sales Specialist/Home Stylist, Full Time, Lynnwood - Pottery Barn
for section headings. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to extract content.
Job description includes:
- About The Team (mission, values). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About The Team" is about team, not role. Could map to "About the role"? But we have heading "About the role". The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings when appropriate. We have content about team, mission, values. That could go under "About the role"? Or maybe we skip if not matching. But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could create a section "About the role" with that content. It's acceptable.
- Overview Of The Design Studio Specialist Role: description of role. Could also go under "About the role". Might combine.
- Responsibilities: list bullet points.
- Criteria: list of skills/requirements. Could map to "Requirements" or "Qualifications" or "Skills". We have "Criteria" includes communication, clienteling, etc. Also "Experience in working with the elements of design preferred", "Proven ability to prioritize...", "1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience". Also Physical Requirements. Could split: Requirements (experience, skills), Qualifications (maybe education?), Skills (communication etc). But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into "Requirements" and "Skills". Let's decide.
We have Benefits section: "Just For You" includes compensation package, pay range, benefits list. So we need Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections.
Pay: The anticipated pay range $19.00-$21.00 per hour. Also mention pay based on factors. So we can put that under Pay.
Schedule: The text about full-time associates expected to have open availability; part-time flex associates must be available to work minimum two regularly scheduled shifts on weekend and two during week; etc. That's schedule info. So we can put under Schedule.
Benefits: list of benefits: discount, 401(k), wellness program, paid vacations and holidays (full-time), health benefits dental vision including same-sex domestic partner benefits (full-time), individual development plans, career pathing, annual performance appraisals, cross-brand opportunities, online learning, leadership development. Also note about immigration sponsorship not eligible, relocation assistance not eligible. Those are maybe not benefits but notes. We'll include benefits list.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Remove those lines. Also remove "About Us" maybe? It's substantive about company; could be included maybe under "About the role"? But we already have about team. The "About Us" is company overview; could be included maybe under "About the role" as well but might be redundant. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include company overview somewhere. Could create a section "About the role" that includes both team mission and company overview. That's okay.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID.
We must not include application instructions.
We must not include duplicated lines.
