Responsibilities
- Oversight of program timelines
- Participation in design reviews
- Effective communication
- Review of moulded parts pre-grain
- Sign off on Pre-Grain Approval Sheet
- Assessment of AAR parts
- Documentation of issues related to AAR parts
- Support on-site at supplier
- Collaboration with CMF Design and Mastering
Qualifications
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree
- 5 years minimum of automotive experience
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
- High standards for quality, attention to detail, and strong relationships with team members
- Self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple parallel-path projects
- Experience with report writing and time management
- Experience with MS Office
- Comfortable with change and flexible in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Tooling experience is a plus
