Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of design and construction projects, ensuring seamless execution from kickoff through go-live
- Own and manage project budgets and maintain financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle
- Cookordinate and delegate tasks across internal teams, including designers and construction managers, while actively collaborating to drive progress
- Oversee the proposal and quoting process to ensure alignment with project scope, budget, and client expectations
- Partner closely with contractors to track progress, obtain weekly updates, and proactively address any risks to timelines or deliverables
- Provide consistent, clear communication to clients, including weekly updates on project status, milestones, and next steps
- Review and approve purchase orders, vendor selections, and final design/construction deliverables
- Research and manage Short-Term Rental (STR) permit requirements, ensuring all regulatory processes are completed accurately and on schedule
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading regular calls and maintaining a high level of engagement through project completion and launch
- Conduct on-site visits to onboard properties, perform inspections, and ensure each home meets brand and operational standards prior to going live
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with strong communication and relationship management skills
- 1+ year of experience in design, construction, and/or vacation rental industries preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in real time, with a proactive, resourceful approach to quickly “figure things out” and keep projects moving forward without delays
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or comparable productivity tools
- Experience using project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar) to track timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Familiarity with design and presentation tools such as Canva or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of specific requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
