About the role
The Domain of Enterprise Products at Agoda focuses on designing and optimizing hotel partner management products to support complex business scenarios for the B2B side. This includes giving access to Agoda's internal business users to control and update property information while allowing over 600,000 properties worldwide to manage their content, prices, allotment, customer segments, promotions, and market exposure.

Experience Requirements & Role Expectations
- 5+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction Designer for digital or web-based products; in-house designer experience highly preferred
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
- Proficient in creating wireframes, using UX design tools, and prototyping
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, process, and solutions as they relate to web-based products or mobile applications, particularly those with complex requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
- Experience with AI-related products, enterprise products, or B2B domains is a strong plus
Role Responsibility
- You lead or directly contribute to design solutions for moderately complex enterprise business challenges that align with both partner needs and company goals
- You actively conduct research and gather insights to evaluate solutions, driving ongoing improvements for property partner-facing products
- You own key research insights and collaborate with product stakeholders and design leaders to champion partner-focused UX
- You work with product teams to drive continuous discovery and experimentation, helping shape both short-term and long-term product strategies and roadmaps
- Your work and influence start to reach beyond your immediate product area
- You mentor and support other designers as needed
