What You’ll Do

  • Support Steelcase aligned dealer sales and dealer design to grow ancillary relevance
  • Partner with account sales teams to develop and execute strategic plans that grow ancillary product share within key accounts
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across Steelcase’s ancillary portfolio, including Coalesse, Viccarbe, Orangebox, West Elm Work, and partner brands
  • Lead client-facing engagements to position solutions, respond to bids/RFPs, and deliver tailored recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in strategic accounts
  • Collaborate on account planning and forecasting to identify growth opportunities and align with broader sales goals
  • Represent Steelcase’s ancillary brands at client meetings and strategic touchpoints

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated sales success in contract furniture or a closely related field
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CET Designer is a plus
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% for client engagements and strategic initiatives
  • Based in New York City
