Design Manager - Highway Bridge Design-Build

- Lead a large team of engineers and oversee scheduling, coordination and technical work.
- Work with various disciplines to efficiently complete tasks on schedule.
- Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices.
- Solve complex problems, take a broad perspective to identify different solutions, as well as guide others in solving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures.
- Work with an experienced and innovative team of Engineers and Project Managers, as well as gain experience working directly with our clients and contractor partners to solve their most challenging problems.

Requirements
- Licensed and registered as a Professional Engineer (PE).
- Strong organizational and communication skills and leadership abilities.
- Substantial years of experience managing design for highway or bridge projects, preferably for MassDOT, CTDOT, and/or RIDOT.
- Design-Build management experience on at least three design-build projects.
- Design experience on projects of > $300M construction cost.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $280,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
