About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle stress effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Experience in managing international projects.
