About the role

The Senior Programme Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the whole of the proposed change, co-ordination of the programme’s projects and management of their inter-dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of the programme
• Manage project dependencies and risks
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and communicate project scope and objectives
• Ensure compliance with project plans and deliverables
• Monitor progress against project plan and adjust as necessary
• Facilitate regular project meetings and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
• Proven track record in managing complex projects
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry
