Design Lead

We are seeking a Creative Design Solutions Senior Designer responsible for developing innovative automotive design sketches, product research, and high-level 3D concepts. This role supports multiple projects by providing creative direction, styling sketches, 2D/3D modeling, CG animation, and presentation materials, acting as a key driver in the design process. The candidate may act as Project Lead, managing project scope, ensuring high-quality design outcomes, and coordinating with internal and external teams. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in industrial or transportation design (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Photoshop, Alias, Illustrator, Blender 3D, and CG animation tools. Strong leadership, communication, and understanding of automotive design principles are essential. The role involves presenting concepts professionally, providing creative solutions, and collaborating across teams to meet project milestones. Physical demands include predominantly sitting with occasional standing, reaching, and lifting under 25 lbs.
