Role

Design Expert to evaluate AI systems' performance in real-world design tasks and establish quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for various design deliverables.
• Score AI-generated and human work samples against established criteria, providing detailed written justifications for each score.
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure reproducibility and defensibility of scores.
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and refine scores iteratively.

Candidature

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic, brand, or visual design.
• Background at world-class design studios or creative agencies, or in senior design roles at leading consumer or technology brands.
• Deep fluency in the day-to-day craft: typography, layout and visual hierarchy, color, composition, brand systems, and critiquing design leads.
• Exceptionally strong written communication skills, able to explain design rationale clearly.
• Detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable with peer reviews and calibration of judgment.
• Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a strong plus.
