Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of engineers including Design Engineers, Optical Engineers, and Electrical Product Engineers. Oversee and manage a group of 5 Design Engineers while fostering professional growth and technical excellence. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive project execution and operational efficiencies. Ensure all project milestones and customer deadlines are consistently met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading teams in Design and Development environments
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering professionals
• BS Degree in Engineering required
