Design Engineer Lead

About the role

The Design Lead will be responsible for providing expertise in c,Creo/ProE,Sheet Metal Design. The main objective of this role is to lead the design team, oversee the development of c,Creo/ProE,Sheet Metal designs, and ensure high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team in creating and developing c,creo/proe,sheet metal designs according to project requirements
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into the overall product
• Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvements as needed
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to c,creo/proe,sheet metal design
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when necessary

Requirements

• Proficiency in c, creo/proe software for 3d modeling and design
• Strong background in sheet metal design and fabrication processes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a design team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address design challenges efficiently

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in c,Creo/ProE,Sheet Metal Design are a plus
• (ERS)-Engineering Design Skills-Sheet Metal Design
