Design Engineer III - IV - Tulsa
Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D models using CATIA V5 for aerospace components
- Generate complete drawing packages and layouts
- Perform model release activities ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Review and check drawing packages for quality and conformance
- Resolve design issues in collaboration with IPT teams
- Apply engineering judgment to structural and mechanical design challenges
- Support program deliverables with a strong sense of urgency
- Mentor junior engineers (Level 4 expectations)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- 5 - 9+ years aerospace experience
- strong design ownership
- CATIA V5 proficiency
- Strong knowledge of structural and mechanical design
- Experience with Boeing standards (preferred)
- Understanding of FAA regulations and aerospace compliance
- Defence/military aircraft experience preferred
Pay
Competitive compensation - $66–$72 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
