What You'll Do
- Perform final drawing reviews, approvals, and releases while ensuring product functionality, manufacturability, and component compatibility.
- Serve as the primary engineering contact for assigned Thermo Fisher Scientific Core Accounts.
- Support the design team by researching and selecting new components for custom product designs.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for new product lines and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with Research & Development to specify, evaluate, and qualify new components and connection technologies.
- Partner with Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, and Customer Service teams to investigate customer concerns, support TrackWise investigations, and coordinate CAPA activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain engineering work instructions, standards, and training documentation.
What You'll Bring
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of product engineering experience required. Previous experience working with an ERP system required. Proficiency with AutoCAD. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical information. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across multiple departments to deliver innovative product and design solutions. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

This position is based onsite in Millersburg, PA - Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
