About the role

Responsible for managing a team of 5 developers. Lead design and development projects from conception to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers. Mentor junior developers and provide feedback on their work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in software development
• Experience leading software development teams
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
