Your Impact
- Develop robust 3D CAD designs that meet product requirements.
- Communicate design concepts across teams and stakeholders.
- Solve engineering problems and document design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance performance, cost, risk, and timelines.
- Create and release accurate 2D drawings for manufacturing and procurement.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Agricultural Engineering from an accredited university; 3+ years of experience. Prior experience in agricultural equipment design is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Creo Parametric for 3D CAD design is essential. Knowledge of PLM systems and AGCO-specific engineering tools will be developed on the job.
- Strong command of English (spoken, written, and reading) is required, as all documentation and communication are conducted in English.
- Effective communication, adaptability to evolving project scopes, a problem-solving mindset, teamwork, and attention to detail are key traits for success.
- Entry-level role suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals, with a collaborative engineering setting focused on design accuracy and innovation.
Your Compensation
This position will pay within the range of $65k- $80k, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 8% of the compensation.
