Job Duties
- Work under the supervision of Project Engineers and/or a Discipline Manager.
- Conduct preliminary reviews and markup evaluations.
- Address basic markups and redlines in CAD.
- Mentor entry-level drafters and engineers.
- Follow all standard operating procedures.
- Complete all assignments on time and within allowable hours.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in an Engineering field from an ABET-accredited university.
- Experience: No prior engineering work experience required.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Novice technical comprehension and novice CAD skills.
- Understanding of project scope, schedule, deadlines, and utility locates.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, a robust work ethic, and a proactive approach to following instructions.
- Receptive to constructive feedback, inquisitive, and eager to learn.
- Understanding of safety concerns and required PPE.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
