About Monogram

Monogram is the first visual interface for AI. Our brains are wired for vision, and half of our neural horsepower is dedicated to visual input. Evolution trained us to spot tigers in the bushes, processing visuals 60,000 times faster than text. This is why we are building Monogram, a visual user interface for AI. Monogram allows Large Language Models (LLMs) to control the entire user experience, combining voice with dynamically generated UIs to create a more powerful and engaging experience than a chatbot. The resulting interface feels consistent, as if a single designer crafted entire flows for each unique task.

What You’ll Work On

• Prototype the interfaces and components that power Monogram’s AI-native app
• Invent and build state-of-the-art transitions and animations to bring the app to life
• Invent and prototype core interactions
• Craft elegant, pixel-perfect, and beautiful interfaces
• Work hand-in-hand with engineers and designers

Who You Are

You will be a great fit if:

• Your superpower is operating at the intersection of design and engineering
• You are curious and enjoy exploring new design paradigms enabled by AI
• You care deeply about pixel-perfect execution, motion design, and high-fidelity animations
• You craft novel designs for transitions and motion
• You have experience with CoreAnimation and Metal (bonus)
• You are fluent in Swift and have deep experience with the Apple ecosystem, including SwiftUI and UIKit
• You build iOS apps you are proud of and want to showcase
• You can operate with ambiguity and thrive in a startup environment
