A Design Consultant (In-Home Sales Representative) meets at the home of our customers and consistently delivers the proven ZINTEX sales method — designing the dream shower or bath and securing customer agreements to purchase our products and services.
Schedule
Design Consultants run appointments 5 days per week (off on Sundays and one weekday of your choosing). Weekly appointment slots: Monday–Friday at 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 6:00 PM; Saturday at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Each appointment averages 2 hours in the customer's home.
Responsibilities
- Complete a 2-week paid sales training program in Dallas/Fort Worth (ZINTEX covers all travel arrangements)
- Participate in one of the most proven sales training programs in the home improvement industry
- Conduct professional, high-energy in-home sales appointments (avg. 2 hours each)
- Attend weekly team meetings and intensive professional training workshops
- Guide customers through a personalized, one-call-close design and sales process
- Work exclusively with warm, pre-vetted, pre-set leads — no cold-calling or lead generation required
Compensation
- Industry-best commission and bonus plan with uncapped earnings
