Responsibilities

• Engage in our comprehensive training program and stay up-to-date on product advancements.
• Conduct pre-scheduled, company-provided sales appointments with potential customers in their homes.
• Build strong relationships with clients by actively listening, understanding their needs, and creating solutions.
• Demonstrate our products' features and benefits using hands-on samples and presentations.
• Provide custom quotes and secure signed contracts on the first visit.
• Conduct on-site measurements to produce accurate estimates for project materials.
• Partner with our customer service team to maintain an exceptional customer experience.
• Network and prospect to identify additional potential customers.
• Take ownership of your business by conducting job site visits to maintain customer satisfaction and ensuring project excellence.
• Actively seek out reviews and referrals from satisfied customers, creating a strong network that will help grow your business.

Requirements

• Sales experience is a bonus but not required—your drive and passion are what matter most.
• Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is preferred but not a must.
• Specialized sales training (such as Sandler) is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and people skills, with a focus on building trust and following up with clients.
• Proficient with Windows 11 and Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent individuals who are detail-oriented.
• Respectful, customer-focused mindset with an eye for precision.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet customers’ needs.
