Key Responsibilities
- Travel within the assigned territory to conduct scheduled in-home sales appointments.
- Absorb customer needs, preferences, and project goals.
- Measure spaces and develop customized cabinet refacing and remodeling solutions.
- Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions to customers.
- Execute sales agreements and ensure accuracy of all project documentation.
- Apply established sales processes and methodologies to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience required; in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and effectively manage customer interactions in a home environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with basic technology and sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Training and Development
