Key Responsibilities

  • Travel within the assigned territory to conduct scheduled in-home sales appointments.
  • Absorb customer needs, preferences, and project goals.
  • Measure spaces and develop customized cabinet refacing and remodeling solutions.
  • Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions to customers.
  • Execute sales agreements and ensure accuracy of all project documentation.
  • Apply established sales processes and methodologies to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience required; in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and effectively manage customer interactions in a home environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with basic technology and sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
