Design Consultant

About the role

We are southeastern Pennsylvania's leading designer and builder of custom decks, porches, sunrooms, patios and additions. We design and construct high quality, award-winning residential projects you will be proud of. And we’re growing. We need another professional who is creative, can meet with clients to understand their personal needs and desires, and can design and sell custom project solutions. You must have prior sales experience and live in the Lehigh Valley or Bucks County area to do this job.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their home
• Listen to clients’ requirements and desires to expand their homes
• Design and sell solutions that meet clients’ residential needs within their budgets
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven in-home sales experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of residential construction
• Experience in or the ability to learn CAD software
• The maturity to set and manage your own schedule and work from your home or our office

Qualifications

• A degree in Architecture is advantageous
