Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Residential or commercial interior design experience preferred
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and CRM tools
- Proficient in Windows-based applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Basic math skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of interior and exterior design, including ceramic/porcelain tile, natural stone, and other products
- Proven sales ability with a result-driven, customer-focused mindset and the ability to meet sales and production goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage a wide range of customers (homeowners, builders, architects, designers) and collaborate across departments
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and consistent follow-through
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn products, systems, processes, and company procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance, with a positive, customer-service-oriented approach at all times
