What you'll do
- Met with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
- Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
- Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
- Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
- Build additional business through referrals and local networking
- Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

- Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
- Flexible to work at least one weekend day
- Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office
