Design-Build Project Manager

Responsibilities, Expectations, and Duties
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery

- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management and construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
