About the role
The Design-Build MOT Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance operations team
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement maintenance plans
- Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
