Responsibilities
- Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation projects
- Coordinate with other discipline leads
- Integrate with the project delivery team
- Lead MOT design development
- Work closely with contractor partners to develop MOT schemes and final traffic control plans
- Use software such as Microstation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Work effectively as a team leader in a group environment
- Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management
- Meet project deadlines
- Grow personally and professionally with each project
Qualifications
- Current PE license in one or more of the following states: UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA
- 10+ years of leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects
- 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience
- Able to work effectively as a team leader in a group environment
- Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to communicate persuasively at all levels
- Organized and detail-oriented
