Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of drainage systems for various projects
- Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements
- Develop detailed drainage plans and specifications
- Oversee the construction phase of drainage projects, ensuring adherence to design and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to manage expectations and resolve issues
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in drainage design and construction
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in drainage design and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with sustainable drainage systems and green infrastructure
