Design Architect

About the role

As an Design Architect at Foster + Partners, you'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary studio working on one of Nashville's most high‑profile schemes. You'll contribute meaningfully across design stages on medium to large‑scale projects, developing your skills alongside a globally connected team that values innovation, mentorship and thoughtful design.

What you will bring to the team

• 1-5 years of professional experience, ideally on medium to large‑scale architectural projects
• A recognised degree in Architecture (AIA, NCARB, ARB, RIBA or equivalent)
• Strong design thinking with the ability to develop, articulate and present ideas clearly
• Proficiency in Revit, with experience using tools such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
