Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept through completion
• Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative solutions
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction
• Manage project budgets and schedules
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional architecture experience
• Professional Architect License preferred
• Strong knowledge of architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in architectural design principles and practices
• Experience with sustainable design and green building practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
