Job Description

The position requires a strong background in user experience design, proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, and a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for government clients
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs based on user research and business requirements
• Ensuring designs are accessible and adhere to usability standards
• Conducting usability testing and iterating on designs based on feedback

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with government clients and understanding of relevant regulations
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Security clearance required
