About the role

As a Team Lead Structural at PALFINGER Marine Norway OC + WHA, you will be responsible for managing a team of structural engineers in Bergen and Bratislava. Your role includes guiding and supporting the team in their assessments and daily work, ensuring that technical solutions comply with relevant regulations, and collaborating with product owners and other technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of structural engineers in Bergen and Bratislava.
• Support and guide the team in their assessments and daily work.
• Ensure that the technical solutions developed by the team comply with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with product owners and other technical disciplines to ensure compliance and quality.

Requirements

• A strong technical background in structural assessments and calculations.
• Experience in managing a team of skilled engineers.
• The ability to lead and work with specialists and less experienced engineers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering and management.
• Experience in offshore cranes, winches, handling, and access equipment.
