About the role
This is a remote position located in Maryland. The Field Service Technician will report to the Regional Field Service Manager located in Jackson, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair truck-mounted equipment
- Travel to customer sites as needed
- Document work performed and communicate with customers and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a technical field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with truck-mounted equipment and cranes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
