About the role

The DeRosa Group is raising $1,000,000 of preferred equity from Accredited and Sophisticated Investors to optimize Crystal Gardens Apartments.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Crystal Gardens Apartments, a 136-Unit Garden Style Apartment Complex located in Lexington, KY.
• Drive occupancy and revenue higher through additional investments of $1M of preferred equity.
• Address critical projects to ensure a successful refinance and eventual sale.
• Ensure the property's performance is optimized with the help of the newly integrated property manager, DeRosa Living.

Requirements

Investors must be Accredited and Sophisticated.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate investment and management.
• Understanding of market trends and economic indicators relevant to Lexington, KY.
• Knowledge of preferred equity structures and distributions.

Skills

• Strong financial acumen.
• Ability to manage and grow a portfolio of assets.
• Experience in property management and stabilization.
