About the role

The DeRosa Group is seeking to raise $1,000,000 of preferred equity from Accredited and Sophisticated Investors to optimize Crystal Gardens Apartments.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Crystal Gardens Apartments, a 136-Unit Garden Style Apartment Complex located in Lexington, KY.
• Drive occupancy and revenue higher through additional investments.
• Address critical projects to ensure a successful refinance and eventual sale.
• Ensure the property is on track to a profitable exit.

Requirements

• Experience in property management and apartment complexes.
• Knowledge of local markets and trends.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of preferred equity investments.
• Ability to manage and execute business plans effectively.

Qualifications

• Accredited and Sophisticated Investor status.
• Experience in raising capital for real estate investments.
• Understanding of preferred equity structures and returns.
• Strong communication skills to engage with investors.
