Responsibilities

• Tailor your mix of clinic and procedure time based on your clinical interests — from general dermatology, MOHs, to more future opportunities in cosmetics.
• Step into a high-volume, referral-based practice with strong community demand. Enjoy immediate patient volume with room for long-term growth.
• Practice at both our Whittier and La Mirada locations, fully equipped with the latest dermatology technologies and tools.
• Join a supportive team of 4 dermatologists (including a Mohs surgeon), 2 experienced PAs, and a skilled support staff. Led by highly engaged physician leaders who foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect.
• Be part of our long-term vision to launch a dedicated aesthetic clinic, creating new opportunities in cosmetic dermatology (timeline currently in development).
• Receive a guaranteed base salary with production bonuses and the opportunity to transition to a 100% RVU-based compensation model. High-performing providers enjoy excellent earning potential with the flexibility and autonomy to design their ideal practice.

Qualifications

• Current California Medical license or eligible
• Graduate from an accredited Medical School
• Graduate from an accredited Dermatology Residency program
• Evidence of continuing education and self-development to support license requirements
• American Board of Dermatology certified or eligible
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating general skin conditions
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Excellent patient rapport
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, and conflict resolution abilities
• Independent performer
