Seeking a Board-certified Dermatologist to join a busy, collaborative, physician-led practice in Fayetteville, AR. The role offers flexible scheduling including a 4-day work week and involves working alongside a dynamic team of RNs, MAs, midlevel providers, and specialists in general dermatology and Mohs surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dermatological care in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Potentially oversee a PA, earning additional compensation based on collections.

Requirements

• Must be board-certified in Dermatology.
• Easygoing, humble, adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys producing and thrives in a dynamic setting.

Pay

Base salary starting at $600K plus a $50K sign-on bonus. Shift to a production-based model with collections-based compensation and potential partnership.
