Dermatologist – Established Practice | Path to Partner

About the Role

Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care. Diagnose and treat a broad range of general dermatologic conditions and skin cancers. Perform biopsies, excisions, skin cancer screenings, and other common dermatologic procedures. Build and grow a strong patient panel within an established practice. Work alongside an experienced clinical and administrative team. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice. Develop into a leadership and ownership role with a genuine path to partnership.

Qualifications

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO
• Active Washington medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Growth‑minded physician interested in a long‑term opportunity
• Strong interest in practice ownership and partnership
• Comfortable providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership potential, and business‑minded approach
• Collaborative, patient‑focused team player

Schedule

Full‑time schedule – 4+ days per week; no weekends or inpatient requirements.
