Deputy Program Manager - USACIC

About the role

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. Responsibilities

• Affirmatively assist the Program Manager in managing project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
• Captures and coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Associates Degree: 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's Degree: 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Masters Degree or higher: 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

Qualifications

The Deputy Program Manager shall possess the following:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing complex projects and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of program management methodologies and best practices.

Skills

• Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)

Pay

SALARY: $150,000-$160,000

Schedule

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
