Deputy Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Have experience with Solid Rocket Motor operations and the sequencing of build from initial propellant mixing and inert fabrication to rocket motor integration and delivery.
• Identify and solve problems via implementation of actions as it relates to site development design and construction projects.
• Support other business management needs such as tracking funding, tracking budgets, tracking financial health of the project and any financial reporting deliverables to stakeholders.
• Produce Statements of Work, review proposals and execute such efforts with General Contractors.
• Develop and manage design and construction schedules, risks and opportunities across the various site development efforts.
• Communicate project progress, challenges and outcomes to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
• Lead and coordinate with a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and accountability across all project areas.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and ability to implement Earned Value Lite financial data analysis techniques in support of design and construction projects.
• Knowledge of green field site development.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in explosive or hazardous manufacturing environments.
• U.S. Person required. To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
