Responsibilities
- Serve as a legal advisor on government contracting and regulatory matters
- Create guidance for the use of AI and other emerging technologies
- Create processes for government contract compliance and negotiation
- Advises on commercial transactions and technology business models
- Identify and manage legal risks while enabling operational growth
- Lead initiatives to improve legal and contracting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide business-oriented legal advice
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree and active law license required
- 10+ years of experience in corporate or law firm legal roles
- Expertise in U.S. government contracts, compliance, and risk management
- Strong background in AI, data governance, and cybersecurity law
- Ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments
