Deputy General & Chief Regulatory Counsel

Responsibilities

• Serve as a legal advisor on government contracting and regulatory matters
• Create guidance for the use of AI and other emerging technologies
• Create processes for government contract compliance and negotiation
• Advises on commercial transactions and technology business models
• Identify and manage legal risks while enabling operational growth
• Lead initiatives to improve legal and contracting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide business-oriented legal advice

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active law license required
• 10+ years of experience in corporate or law firm legal roles
• Expertise in U.S. government contracts, compliance, and risk management
• Strong background in AI, data governance, and cybersecurity law
• Ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments
