Qualifications
This position requires eight years of increasingly responsible facilities planning, property management, building data management, or project management construction experience, with four years at the full journey level. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the required experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and track operating budgets for assigned portfolio of County properties.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of healthcare and human services facilities.
- Negotiate and administer service contracts.
- Provide customer service and manage landlord-tenant relations.
- Manage and coordinate small to large tenant improvements and remodeling projects in occupied spaces.
- Maintain and update building data management systems.
- Manage project management processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Requirements
- An intermediate level knowledge of general computer applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
