About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a mission-driven environment. The role is based in Seattle, WA, and is open to US-based candidates only, with no visa sponsorship available. Compensation ranges from $234,000 to $362,800 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the internal leadership communications strategy and programs
  • Advise senior leaders on communication approaches and messaging
  • Manage an integrated leadership communications calendar
  • Draft high-quality communications for senior executives
  • Create frameworks and tools for effective leadership communication
  • Coach leaders for significant communication events
  • Co-lead the governance of internal communications channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications or related field
  • 10+ years experience in internal or employee communications, especially with senior leadership
  • Proven ability to develop leadership communications strategies that foster engagement
  • Strong writing and editing skills for executive communications across various formats
  • Expertise in internal communications platforms like SharePoint and Viva Engage
  • Experience with data analytics in internal communications
  • Ability to translate complex strategies into clear narratives
