We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when content exists. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, navigation, cookie, legal, application instructions. Also remove duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to decide sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (Essential Duties And Responsibilities), Requirements (Required Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills (maybe Required Competencies?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting does not mention Benefits, Pay, Schedule explicitly. It mentions "Compensation is based on geographic location and experience. Wages are available upon request." That's not specific, so we should NOT create Pay section because it's not specific (just says wages available upon request). Benefits not mentioned. Schedule not mentioned. So we omit those sections. We need to include sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (Preferred), Skills (Required Competencies). Also maybe "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" could be included? The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Probably we should stick to those headings only. However we could include additional sections if needed, but better to follow instruction: use those headings for section headings. It doesn't say we cannot add others, but likely they expect only those. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. For Skills we can put Required Competencies. We need to format lists with
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we have many bullet-like paragraphs; we can turn each duty into
  • . For required qualifications we have list; turn into
  • . For preferred qualifications also list. For required competencies also list. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have none. We need to remove duplicated lines. There's some duplication: "The DCM ensures successful execution of the program and provides reporting, briefing, quality control, budget execution and other support as required." appears maybe twice? Actually appears in Quality Control paragraph and also later? We'll deduplicate. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, "Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer". Also "Compensation is based on geographic location and experience. Wages are available upon request." (we are not making Pay section, but we might still need to keep that info? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit that sentence entirely, we are losing info. However we are not creating a Pay section; but we could include that sentence in a

under About the role or maybe a separate section? The instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Compensation statement is not specific (just says wages available upon request). It's vague; maybe we should not create a Pay section, but we could still include that sentence somewhere else? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but also says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It doesn't forbid mentioning compensation elsewhere. However the summary already includes generic statements; we could add a

after About the role that says "Compensation is based on geographic location and experience. Wages are available upon request." That is substantive but not a heading. That seems okay. Similarly, Physical Demands and Work Environment are substantive; we could include them as paragraphs under maybe a section? But we don't have a heading for them. Could we add a section "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment"? The instruction only lists certain headings but does not forbid others. However to be safe, we could include them as

under Responsibilities or maybe under a generic "Additional Information". But better to follow instruction: use those headings for section headings; we could still add other headings if needed, but risk deviating. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can use other headings if appropriate. But they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might combine Physical Demands and Work Environment into a single section like "Working Conditions". But not in the list. Could we just include them as paragraphs under Responsibilities? Might be okay. But we need to preserve all substantive info.
