About the role

The Deputy Chief of Strategic Initiatives & School Performance will lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing school performance across the district.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve school performance metrics.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams to align strategic goals with district objectives.
• Evaluate current programs and make recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
• Oversee the integration of technology and innovative practices to enhance educational outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between various stakeholders including teachers, parents, and community members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in educational leadership or related field.
• Proven track record of improving school performance metrics.
• Experience in strategic planning and program evaluation.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or a related field preferred.
• Experience working in a public school district.
• Knowledge of state and federal education policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
