What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day nursing operations and drive quality, engagement, and retention
- Build the staffing and performance strategies that keep care running at scale
- Pearson with executive, medical, and nursing leadership to shape clinical integration and standards
- Champion nursing at the leadership table and step in as CNO when called on
What You'll Bring
- Active New York State RN license (current NYSED registration)
- BSN required; Master's in Nursing Administration or related field strongly preferred
- 6+ years of nursing experience, including 4+ years of progressive nursing management
- Proven leadership across complex, large-scale health care operations
Compensation
$250,000 - $295,000
