Depot Support Technician - ONSITE (Current Locals to Austin, TX)

About the role

This role is based in Austin and requires an onsite presence 4–5 days per week. The position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Receive IT equipment and other shipments in the IT Depot
• Check off received items against Purchase Orders (POs)
• Ensure items are delivered to the appropriate groups
• Report any discrepancies immediately
• Keep the depot clean and organized
• Be responsible for storing items appropriately
• Work with Support Services Division on warehouse storage
• Pull items for IT teams as needed
• Ship items as required

Requirements

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and inventory software
• Management skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to move and lift items up to 50 lbs
